It’s not exactly “cooling”. I’m not sure why, but I’ve woken up sweaty and warm like I do under a regular thing quilt. I personally wouldn’t recommend it- I’m going back to a bedspread and top sheet combo which has far more breathable and letting the heat dissipate.

I loved the idea of a nice cool blanket especially here in South Texas during summer. Good Morning America had it on their show and after a hot night before I was intrigued. Visited the website and purchased a blanket that was “on sale” - still pricey though. Received blanket fairly quickly. Beautiful color. Nice texture. Perfect weight. Generous size. Does keep you cool, but I didn’t stay cool. Maybe it’s just me and my advanced menopause aging. It’ll be my go to “nap” blanket for me and my Shih-Poo dog because napping is good.

first, I wanna talk about customer service. The customer service is absolutely amazing! They constantly check to make sure that you are satisfied. I have never had customer service like this company.
Second, I ordered the black coffee standard and really wanted the lavender, but I guess it was sold out at the time. I have had this blanket for maybe 23 weeks and it goes everywhere with me in my house to where I just purchased another one for the living room and one for the bedroom!
I also ordered the cooling sheets that come with two pillowcases and number one women know pillowcases are very important. They can leave lines on your face, etc. and these pillow cases will not do that.
The sheets are very soft cold to the touch. If you’re laying in the spot for a long time, it will become obviously Warmer than if you touched beside you, but all you have to do is just move a little bit and it’s cooling again. I do not sweat anymore when I sleep.
Like I said, you can’t go wrong! I 100% whether you are 20 years old or you are going through menopause or are you just want a comfortable lightweight cooling blanket!
I did a lot of research before I bought this and I’m so glad that I did nevertheless buy the sheets is a smart move I made and I just got my lavender blanket finally! It was an out of stock for too long! Finally got it. Can’t wait for it to be here. !!!!
