30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window starting the day your order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Item must be in the same condition you received it: gently used or gently worn is okay.

Not acceptable: stains, odors (including urine smell), excessive wear, pet hair, or damage.

Must be in original packaging with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
⚠️ If your return doesn’t meet these standards, it may be declined or refunded partially (with sanitation/processing fees applied).
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Submit a request: Start a Return (Items sent back without approval will not be accepted).

Label & instructions: If your return is accepted, we’ll send a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
Refunds & Fees

Original shipping is non-refundable.

Return/restocking fee: A $15 per item fee (or the actual cost of the return label, if higher) will be deducted from your refund.

Processing time: Once received and inspected, approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact hello@iceblankets.com within 7 days with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package, check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier office.

We’ll help file a claim, but if the carrier confirms delivery, we cannot issue a full refund. In many cases, we can offer a discounted replacement.

EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must meet the same return eligibility criteria.
