The advance nylon provides a cool to the touch effect, and moisture wicking capability. The spandex gives the outer shell some stretch and improve on the anti-sagging properties.
Filling is 30% viscose with PCM capsule / 70% polyester
Our single needle stitching technology makes the fiber fill stay in place, without shifting or clumping
Machine washable without color fading, shrinkage or pilling. For best results throw it in the washing machine on gentle cycle with cold water and hang to dry or tumble dry on low.

first, I wanna talk about customer service. The customer service is absolutely amazing! They constantly check to make sure that you are satisfied. I have never had customer service like this company.
Second, I ordered the black coffee standard and really wanted the lavender, but I guess it was sold out at the time. I have had this blanket for maybe 23 weeks and it goes everywhere with me in my house to where I just purchased another one for the living room and one for the bedroom!
I also ordered the cooling sheets that come with two pillowcases and number one women know pillowcases are very important. They can leave lines on your face, etc. and these pillow cases will not do that.
The sheets are very soft cold to the touch. If you’re laying in the spot for a long time, it will become obviously Warmer than if you touched beside you, but all you have to do is just move a little bit and it’s cooling again. I do not sweat anymore when I sleep.
Like I said, you can’t go wrong! I 100% whether you are 20 years old or you are going through menopause or are you just want a comfortable lightweight cooling blanket!
I did a lot of research before I bought this and I’m so glad that I did nevertheless buy the sheets is a smart move I made and I just got my lavender blanket finally! It was an out of stock for too long! Finally got it. Can’t wait for it to be here. !!!!

Blanket keeps me cool and helps me cool off when I get hot while sleeping. Its a bit pricey. I would like to buy another but either need to save a few pennies or go with another brand that's a bit cheaper.
I’m really not one to leave a negative review but this blanket is such a disappointment I really want to warn others. It fails at its primary function- to be a blanket, and its secondary function- cooling, in equal measure. It’s cheap feeling, poorly manufactured, constantly wrinkled and impossible to smooth bc of the way it’s disintegrating from the inside out, uncomfortable to the touch, it snags on everything, and picks up more dirt than imaginable. After only 2 months of warm weather use, it’s completely falling apart the way a years-old comforter might. The batting has separated from the outer layers and is bunched up in various place inside as a result. This happened almost immediately. And then there’s the fact that it’s not in the least bit cooling when actually using it as a blanket. AT MOST, the side you aren’t using may feel cool to the touch, but it doesn’t breath and within literal seconds anyone with normal body heat let alone someone who runs hot will have warmed this right back up. imo it’s even hotter than normal comforters of similar size and weight. I have to constantly flip it back and forth to even use it at all, and even then it’s not “cooling”, it’s just momentarily less hot. It’s shocking these are as expensive as they are. It’s much warmer than my $20 fleece blanket & those have the benefit of feeling soft as well! anyone would be better off with one of those. It may be usable for some as a normal blanket in the winter, but only if you can get past the feel of it and all the other problems it has as a blanket. TBH I was disappointed with how it felt from the second I unwrapped it. That scratchy, snagging fabric is immediately apparent. The feel reminds me of a polyester from the 1970s or something & that’s exactly what the snagging is like. If you have the slightest bit of unevenness in a nail it will catch on this. I’m not talking about broken nail, and even after fresh manicures you’ll be snagging your nails and anything else on this. I’m not kidding that I had to keep a nail file on my bedside table when using this to make sure I wouldn’t keep snagging it. Don’t even think about wearing clothing with zippers or snaps, or having any jewelry on your wrists. If you have a ring with any stones you will have to take it off to have this blanket on top of you or you will catch on it and create snags in the fabric. Can’t even imagine what a pet could do to this! The marigold color is lighter but it’s certainly not white, nonetheless especially the edges are so gross bc this picks up everything. You’ll be constantly very carefully spot cleaning it bc on top of all of this it’s not easy care at all. Seriously, buy a cheap lightweight fleece (I’m calling it fleece but it’s not like a fleece hoodie- it’s that super soft material they often make kids blankets out of that are available at any big box store)- they breathe consistently, don’t snag, and are comfortable. I am a supporter of small businesses (not that this necessarily is), and I will ordinarily bite my tongue rather than share a negative review. But I’m just shocked this is being sold for over $200. I should have done better research bc once I did, I discovered that this particular cooling blanket doesn’t appear on any independent 3rd party tests “best of” lists. So it’s possible there are cooling blankets that work, but I won’t be able to find out now. I’m disabled, living with a severe nervous system disorder that causes amongst other things, for me to be hot. I will admit that means I’m also sensitive to things that are rough, stiff, “sticky” & plasticky feeling like this is, but then I really can’t imagine anyone wanting a blanket to feel that way. If anyone is reading this and considering this don’t make my mistake which means I can’t buy a different blanket for a long while, please please save your $.
I ordered one for myself a few momths back and it was literally life changing. For Christmas, i decided to buy one for my husband, who is 6ft 2. I ordered the regular size and it STILL fits him perfectly. He LOVES it! Best purchases of 2025!
I’ve used cooking blankets before and after trying this one……… THERE’S ABSOLUTELY NO COMPARISON WHATSOEVER!! ICE BLANKET is amazing!!!! I just wish I could get 2 more! One for traveling and one as a backup! They’re that good!! I’m just going to say if you can get 2 I would definitely while they’re on sale!
Since starting the perimenopause / menopaus phase of my life a year ago I've been unable to find the right blanket combination that would allow me to stay cool & warm through out the night. I received my blanket a little over a week ago & it's all I use now. This past week has been the best sleep I've gotten in a long time. Absolutely love mine!! And it matches my sheets perfectly.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this blanket. I’m at a stage in life where nights have become hot, and sleeping through the night used to feel impossible. I was expecting more out of the blanket. It’s nice and soft and silky but it doesn’t stay cool. It’s cool to the touch for like a minute or two but then it’s just warms up. For the price I don’t think it’s worth it. A Muslim cotton blanket does better at half the cost.
My daughter always sweats at night, and she wakes up. We have to put the AC extremely high and not everyone at the house if happy. I am obsessed with this blanket. Walking around my house in July with a blanket…only with Ice Blanket. I am going to have order my entire family their own. We keep fighting over it.
For quality and effectiveness - 5 stars. But, the 4 stars is due to the lack of color integrity. I took a picture in an attempt to convey what I mean by that, but, the picture actually doesn't quite do it. I ordered both the lavendar and the agate. Both blankets are good quality and are highly effective. I'm happy with the blankets (although I should have ordered the larger size). BUT - color. The intensity of the color of the blanket is NOT what is represented on the website. What you see on the website is actually more the color of the little bag that comes with the blanket for travel purposes. The lavender blanket is so pale it's more of a pink. And the agate is so pale it's more like a very pale light blue. But - I do have other "cooling blankets" that are decent quality, but, the good news for the ICE Blanket brand is that the temperature regulating attributes are noticably better. So - I'm happy. I'm a 105lb 5'5.5" female - and I would have preferred the larger size. For me - the 80" length just is not long enough. I don't curl up when I sleep, and, I would have preferred the longer length. So, if you're wondering about what size to get - I'd vote for the larger size.
This was my second Ice Blanket purchase, my daughter loved mine so much I bought one for her. We live where it’s over 100 degrees every day in the summer, this helps so much with sleeping comfortably! If you feel like the blanket is getting warm, do what the instructions say and flip it over, then it feels cold again. The weight is just right - not too light and not too heavy. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!
